For lips that last...use the side of a Lip pencil to apply color over entire lip, blot lips together. Choose a lip- stick that compliments your mood or outfit. Apply a sheer layer of lipstick. Create a pouty look by highlighting the lower lip using Midas or your foundation. To create a perfect lip, line lips with the softened fine point of a lip pencil. And, add a touch of gloss to catch the light.
